With more than 20 years of experience in the insurance estimating industry, Darrell brings a meticulous and practiced approach to developing estimates for both commercial and residential properties. He approaches each claim with a sharp eye for details that may otherwise go unnoticed and has a talent for asking the right questions to ensure a complete understanding of the claim. His ability to apply a variety of repair methodologies allows him to craft well-supported estimates that strengthen his team’s position during negotiations with insurance carriers. Darrell’s expertise spans a wide range of property types, from single-family residences to complex, multi-unit condominium projects valued up to $45 million. Over the course of his career, he has prepared estimates for losses caused by fire, hurricane, hail, water damage, and earthquake events. In addition to his extensive field experience, Darrell holds a contractor’s license and has been certified by the California State Building Association since 2014.
