As a licensed Public Adjuster with more than 25 years of experience in the insurance industry, Lee Metcalf serves as a trusted advocate for homeowners, business owners, and organizations navigating the often-complex insurance claims process. Drawing on his extensive background in field adjusting, underwriting, loss control, and claims services, Lee helps clients understand their rights, document their losses, and pursue the full benefits available under their insurance policies.

Throughout his career, Lee has worked closely with both insurance carriers and policyholders, giving him a unique perspective on how claims are evaluated, negotiated, and resolved. Prior to becoming a public adjuster, Lee founded and served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of a nationwide property services organization that provided property valuations and loss control services for major insurance carriers. Building and managing a large-scale operation gave him valuable insight into carrier practices, property valuations, and claims investigations - knowledge that continues to benefit the clients he represents today.

As a military veteran and former first responder, Lee understands the importance of service, integrity, and standing up for people when they need help most.
